The team did an excellent job in a full bathroom strip out and refit. They were able to slot us in very quickly with a highly competitive price. My initial experience with Natalie and Tim was great. They clearly communicated the cost, timeline etc. They arrived on time and completed the bathroom renovation quickly and initially everything looked good. However the issues soon appeared. The shower enclosure leaked and kept flooding the bathroom after use. when I contacted Natalie, I was told to fix it myself. Later the ceiling to peel away and shower head started leaking. After repeatedly contacting, no remedial work has been undertaken by them. I had to hire others to fix the issue. Very bad after service.

Really great experience with these guys. Super helpful and accommodating, great workmanship and now we have a lovely transformed bathroom. Would definitely hire them again.
