We’re very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and apologise sincerely . We take great pride in our work and so regret making such an impression . This is why a £500 discount was provided and efforts made to put mistakes right which were ultimately ignored . The matter has however been handled internally with our staff and we strive to not let this happen again . Again many apologies and we wish you all the best .
