  Kitchen flooring and insulation

  I contacted Danny as the kitchen in my terraced house was on the cold side and unusable for elderly parents. Danny popped over and carried out an examination, offering up a few options on works (underfloor wood heating and interior wall insulation) that could be undertaken to make the space cosy. The quotes were clear and transparent. Once the works began, Danny and his brother took full control, giving regular updates and total transparency from start to finish. The process was such a positive one that they have also taken on similar works in the bathroom

  Building Trust One House At A Time is their motto

  Danny and Landi of D&L Building Services clearly reflect the motto proudly emblazoned on the side of their van. Embarking on substantial building work is daunting and at every step of the way they were clear, explained options when changes had to be made and shared their expertise with us. Hard-working, knowledgeable in all fiels, trustful, reliable and friendly best summarise them. They told us our house would be ready before Christmas and they finished 3 weeks early without cutting corners. We are now proud of our home as they are proud of their work everywhere they go.   High quality builders

  We used Danny & Landi to install a new suspended floor, fix a toilet, and damp proof the back of the house. We would not hesitate to recommend them. The quality and attention to detail was second to none, and they were extremely professional, determined to identify the root cause of our issues rather than patch over and move on. Crucially, they also finished the job ahead of time, working weekends where needed. As others have said, they are quite expensive, particularly the extras that arose during the course of the job. But perhaps you get what you pay for, and we are happy with the work.

  Great all around expertise

  D & L Building Services worked on the refurbishment of our 1930s house, including but not limited to rewiring, plumbing, insulation, plastering and flooring. The works started on the date we agreed and they were able to finish on time even as we discovered that more things needed to be fixed. We are happy with the quality of the work and the expertise provided.

  Kitchen renovation- brilliant team and would recommend

  Danny and Landy renovated our kitchen and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Punctual, reliable, communicative, very hard workers and pretty tidy too. Clearly very experienced and know what they’re doing. All round friendly guys and would definitely use again for any future work. Whilst not the cheapest , I’d recommend spending more to get the quality they provide.
