Hugo was absolutely brilliant! His customer service and genuine empathy for his clients were truly commendable. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and carried out the installation of my Ring outdoor security camera with great professionalism and efficiency. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hugo and D&D Security to my friends and family. I will certainly be using their services again in the future. Hugo diagnosed the problem very quickly. He explained the work that was needed and gave me a parts and labour quote for the work. He managed to source the parts and completed the job. Even though the work took longer than expected because my cameras are old and one had water damage, Hugo kept to the original quote. I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him.
