I hired DB Roofing Services to repair a leak in my roof, and the work was completed on 28 March 2025. While the repair itself appears to have been done satisfactorily, my experience since then has been frustrating. I paid the invoice promptly on 7 April 2025, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a receipt — which I urgently need for my home insurance claim. The lack of communication and failure to provide basic documentation after several polite requests has been disappointing. I would urge others to ensure they receive all necessary paperwork before making payment.

DB Roofing did an excellent job repairing the roof leak promtlyand with great communication. They explained where the problem was taking pictures and how they would repair it, providing options for short term water proofing and longer term improvements. Great guys to deal with.
