When we started thinking about our bungalow extension and converting our unused conservatory into a functional living space our neighbour advised us to contact Dale. From the first meeting, he was really straightforward and provided us with a lot of options to think about before we committed. When you are on a tight budget, you try to keep everything under control but with Dale, Brian and the subcontractors on site, we were in safe hands. They aimed to make us happy and did an excellent job. We absolutely love the bricks they suggested which makes our extension really outstanding. Great team!

From the moment I met Dale I felt we were in safe hands and along with Brian and the team the work was completed according to the schedule to a very high standard. The sub-contracters were all very nice and the whole project came together with minimal stress. Dale was very easy to contact and always replied promptly with a positive response. We are very happy with the finished extension and will certainly try to use them again in future if we plan any further building work.

We today finished the installation of our conservatory with Applegate who use D&B Builders to do the build. D&B did a fantastic job of the build. They did a proper brick build with the foundations and came back at the end to finish off the flooring. They arrived bang on time every day and they were really clean & tidy as they went. The whole team were so friendly and professional too. I’ll definitely be considering them when i want more building work done and highly recommend them if you’re looking for anything from a small extension to massive ones!

Dale, Brian and the whole team were wonderful to work with! For us this was a huge job but from the moment we met them, we knew they had so much experience and to them it was just another day at the office. Dale was always contactable and responded to all of our questions promptly, which was really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, I was on mat leave with 2 small babies at home & my husband works night so sleeps in the day and they were so considerate of our situation, making sure we could still function the whole time. Dale, Brian & team did a brilliant job with our extension. The quality & workmanship was first class, they kept to the time schedule, were very nice and friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Dale kept us up-to-date and was contactable at all times. They were the most pleasant builders we have worked with & had full trust in them from the moment we met Dale. They managed some tricky situations with neighbours & worked completely professionally. They made the whole process stress free for us & we are very happy with their service. We highly recommend D&B and will definitely use again.

We recently had D&B do a large project for us which we are really pleased with. Dale, Brian, Jake and Jonny were a brilliant team. Dale was great with us and my favourite thing was that whatever we asked the answer was always "yes, no problem". Very efficient, very friendly, great workmanship, great time keeping, very considerate, great value for money. Also thanks to Nick G and D Mac. Would not hesitate to recommend D&B to everyone!
