The job consisted of a kitchen/ dining room ‘knock through’ which George and Niro carried out very competently and efficiently. The quotation was reasonable and comprehensive with no hidden ‘surprises’. Communication was good and George collaborated very well with other tradesmen we had employed. George was very helpful in advising about different aspects of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending George Dancy for domestic building projects.

George was called in to make good some works a cowboy builder left behind. He repaired the foundations to high standard, giving me a reasonable quote, way below the Astronomical prices I got before. He loaded with the structural engineer to address any concerns and he even helped me cladding my staircase (a project I was doing myself) and allowed me borrowing his tools. What can I say, he is highly professional knowledgeable and kind! He is a person I will definitely call again if I need a builder! Keek up with the good job, well done!

This was a complex project that involved removing the load bearing spine wall of our house, everything was done methodically and to a high standard. Communication was great and the whole team including all subcontractors were a pleasure to have around, and did an excelent job. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
