  House reparation works

  George was called in to make good some works a cowboy builder left behind. He repaired the foundations to high standard, giving me a reasonable quote, way below the Astronomical prices I got before. He loaded with the structural engineer to address any concerns and he even helped me cladding my staircase (a project I was doing myself) and allowed me borrowing his tools. What can I say, he is highly professional knowledgeable and kind! He is a person I will definitely call again if I need a builder! Keek up with the good job, well done!

  Remove internal wall

  This was a complex project that involved removing the load bearing spine wall of our house, everything was done methodically and to a high standard. Communication was great and the whole team including all subcontractors were a pleasure to have around, and did an excelent job. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Replace asbestos roof and fit new electric door to old garage, with brickwork repairs

  George was very professional and explained all the work as it progressed. He overcame a number of obstacles to complete the work to a very high standard. Left the garage in a clean and tidy state, its a pleasure to go in there now! Very friendly, would highly recommend.

  Rear extension

  Dancy Building Contractors built our rear extension, and subsequently a small porch at the front. We were really pleased with them overall, exceptional attention to detail and helped us through the agreements, planning and regs which can be quite stressful. We’re super appreciative!   The job started out small by building a new garden wall...

  The job started out small by building a new garden wall, but due to the great expirence we added to the job by asking to have slabs fitted too. We will be using Dancy for more work in 2024 by taking down a wall and adding composite fencing. A great experience, so much so we have added extra work as we have been happy with all done. George goes the extra length to give you exactly want you need, but will also give good advise as to what could be better options.

  Grounds work/steel work/knockthrough

  George did an excellent job on the knockthrough steelwork, drainage, soakaway for my complex project. His flexibility and skill were crucial, making the process smooth and efficient. He always turned up with a smile and was professional yet fun to work with. Highly recommended!
