  Required EICR doing for a property we were buying.

  Dan was very proactive and massively helpful. He collected keys from estate agent, and completed the EICR at the property. He provided photograph evidence alongside the document for all areas of concern, allowing us to raise with the estate agent prior purchase. His thoroughness has ensured we are not placing our family in a house that is a potential fire risk due to someone's DIY electrics. Will absolutely use Dan again - and was fairly priced!

  Ensuring safety of office building's electrical installation and certification of fire alarm system

  We have been fortunate to be supported by Danco Electrical Contractors for many years. Dan Lee and his team have always been courteous, reliable and utterly professional. Whether his work involves a condition report, fire alarm certification, mending the intruder alarm or supplying and installing heaters and lighting, Dan has always been ready, willing and able to resolve any electrical issue. Dan even took a call from us one evening when we had problem with the building's intruder alarm. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Dan Lee and his team for any electrical issues.

  Danco kept us informed, arrived on time, gave us help and installed the required fittings expertly also cleaned up after. Very polite, helpfully and a pleasure to have in our home whilst work was carried out. Would recommend this company.

  Consumer boxes installed and rewire of kitchen and garden.

  They did and amazing job. We left them to do the job over two days and gave them access to the house. On both days when we came home the house was as we left and the only evidence they had been was the work they had completed. Over two days they installed an indoor and outdoor consumer unit. Rewired the kitchen which involved lifting floor boards. Rewired the garden electrics and carried out a safety inspection. They then inspected the house and provided an electrical installation condition report. I would recommend them 100%
