Booking process was easy, the surveyor, on his arrival, diagnosed our problem and a report and drawing was received the same day. The technician was very thorough, tidy and a pleasure to have in my home. I'd highly recommend them.

We had a full week’s worth of work to do remedying damp issues, including floor repairs, replastering and fan installation. The work was done to a very good standard, with Adam and Hayden doing good jobs and being friendly and helpful throughout. A couple of issues re. timing of electrical work but otherwise we’re very happy. Thank you!

Adam was friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile. He warned me that it would be a dusty job (he was right!) but he kept things as tidy as possible. He also explained what he was doing as he went through the process. I’d highly recommend Adam! Make sure you have lots of tea. 😊

From the day of the survey to the completion of the work all operatives I had dealings with were polite, hard working and efficient at their jobs.

The damp proof work was carried out with speed and efficiency born of expertise. The operative worked fast and cheerfully in the heat, undertaking work to the inner front walls and outer back, clearing all building rubbish at the end of the works. I was impressed and would recommend.
