Ash provided clear and efficient communication as well as a very competitive quote following a full survey, everything was explained to us thoroughly and transparently  - at no point did we feel like we were being ripped off, if anything we feel like we got a lot for our money! Dan and Wayne, were punctual, friendly & cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day. They made the experience so much less stressful than I anticipated it being! They worked to a high standard and at a fast pace. I would, and will, highly recommend this company for this sort of work, very pleased with the job!

Ashley acts with impeccable immediacy from getting the surveyor out to responding to emails. He is consistently professional and checks in during the work. Alan, Dan and Warren were impressively efficient and worked solidly while they were here to complete the work to a high standard in at a considerably fast pace, due to their unwavering work ethic. They were also more than happy to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the process. The standard of the work is incredible and the place was left clean and tidy. I cannot fault the whole process.

After shopping around for a while, I resulted in asking this company to carry out a damp survey, due to their professionalism and knowledge. This isn’t a company trying to force works upon you, they send me an independent surveyor who actually informed me I had less of an issue than I initially thought! I would not hesitate to recommend.
