We visited this property, the tenant has recently had the walls re-plastered, and no primer to the new plaster has been applied, this is why the paint is pealing of the walls walls, plus there is no fan fitted to the kitchen area, we always recommend, all kitchen and bathrooms are fitted with humidistat fans, the kitchen was very small and clustered, so on this occasion, living conditions and the lack of recommendations from the persons who carried out the plastering works are contributing to the issues regarding dampness, some of the dampness is at high level, so rising dampness is not the issue
