  Damp proofing, chimney removal, new floor

  From the start the team were professional and knowledgeable giving me confidence that they would do a good job. The chimney removal was dirty and dusty but the lads did their utmost to provide plastic sheeting to minimise the disruption. The dry rot was removed and area treated and tongue and groove floor was laid. The floor looks great. Having been nervous about getting the work done, I'm so glad I chose this company.

  New damp proof course

  Two internal walls were treated for rising damp and replastered. PIV unit installed.

  Condensation on ceilings and upper walls.

  Paul came to the property in November and detected cold spots. The work was done promptly but there was still a small amount of condensation. They returned promptly to cure it. We have not seen any since. Excellent job!

  Brickwork in Cellar

  I needed some brickwork completing in my cellar to assist me with the tanking process. Paul turned up to survey exactly on time and knew exactly what was required. A fair price was agreed and a possible date set. Communication went a little awry thereafter but when a date was firmed up, Paul's team came to site again, exactly on time. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they took care to see that my home was left exactly as it was on arrival. Running plastic sheeting across my carpets to protect them and leaving the cellar immaculate before leaving. I couldn't be happier with the job.
