  Condensation on ceilings and upper walls.

  Paul came to the property in November and detected cold spots. The work was done promptly but there was still a small amount of condensation. They returned promptly to cure it. We have not seen any since. Excellent job!

  Brickwork in Cellar

  I needed some brickwork completing in my cellar to assist me with the tanking process. Paul turned up to survey exactly on time and knew exactly what was required. A fair price was agreed and a possible date set. Communication went a little awry thereafter but when a date was firmed up, Paul's team came to site again, exactly on time. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they took care to see that my home was left exactly as it was on arrival. Running plastic sheeting across my carpets to protect them and leaving the cellar immaculate before leaving. I couldn't be happier with the job.

  Stripping faulty render and weatherproofing:

  Recommended by my son after a damp proofing job in Faringdon, they were a dedicated team from a family firm, skilled, efficient, good communicators and courteous. Rendering is known as a ‘messy business’, they protected the property from splashes and left it clean and tidy each day. An unexpected issue after completion was promptly rectified without fuss. The neighbours have praised their excellent finish which enhances the curb appeal of the house. I would not hesitate to employ Damp Shop Services again.

  Damp and mould issue

  Issue with mould and condensation on walls of our property. Paul visited and surveyed the issue recommending a PIV unit, due to condensation due to house being well insulated. Very prompt installation, polite installers and very tidy work. So far solution seems to work.

  Installing a French drain around the house

  I cannot thank Damp Shop Services enough. From the quote where Paul was so helpful and honest to the completion of work - where they came across an issue and found other tradesman for me who again were brilliant. I cannot fault the service and standard of work. On time , polite, friendly.and knowledgeable It has really given me confidence in getting work done on the house. I am having further work carried out in spring and Damp Shop Services will 100 % be who I use. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for their hardwork and support.
