    Great company, excellent service

    Micken and his team did a fantastic job on a rental property which I have in North London. Made contact on the weekend, within 3 days, I had comprehensive survey, mould removal treatment and new ventilation fitted. Great company to deal, I will 100% recommend to other landlord and use this company again for other works.

    I arranged a damp and mould survey before purchasing a property and the surveyor was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, identified potential issues and provided practical advice on how to address them. The report was detailed, a worthwhile service that gave me peace of mind before buying. Highly recommended!

    Micken and his team are great. Huge thank you to Dan + Jack who did a great job. Arrived on time, very respectful and left the house very clean and tidy after work each day. Transpired to be a slightly job than anticipated but the whole team was very accommodating and went above and beyond to get it done. Would recommend!
