From the initial survey, providing a detailed report and to completion of the required work the Dampmaster team were excellent. The communication throughout the process was timely and the team always turned up when expected. Quality of work could also not be faulted.

We had Dampmaster in to deal with a condensation and mould issue in the kitchen. They responded to the initial query within a day or so, turned up promptly, and carried out a thorough investigation to diagnose the issue. We were provided with a clear explanation of the problem and possible solutions, and any follow up queries were dealt with swiftly. All of the actual work was carried out quickly and professionally (including the installation of a new extractor fan) and we're really happy with the finish. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Having trouble with our landlord regarding damp and mould issues so we wanted a report to show the areas of concern in the house and how to eliminate these issues. An in depth report was produced after investigation showing all of the areas we are losing heat, all of the damp areas, the areas where the moisture is the highest, where the seals are letting in the cold, and even parts of the roof that were insufficient. Friendly and professional throughout, and even offered more advice when I had questions about items the landlord offered us to rectify it. Thank you so much
