I had a PIV unit (positive input ventilation) installed as I had some condensation build up which caused some mould. As the PIV unit keeps the flow of air moving around it has stopped the condensation building up and the mould has disappeared.

Rodney carried out a damp survey on a property I'm looking to purchase.
