  The service provided was highly professional. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and the surveyor arrived at the agreed time. The survey was presented in a clear and understandable manner. The accompanying photographs were helpful, and the explanations were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this service.

  Professional damp inspection

  Nick carried a full damp inspection on our period property, examining the house in detail from loft to ground. He was really knowledgeable, setting expectations at the beginning and talking me through the process and his recommendations as he went, prior to sending a full detailed report two days later with costed recommendations. loft to ground damp

  Nick completed a damp survey of my bedroom. Very communicative beforehand. He was very thorough in his work, asking lots questions to get the best overall picture of the damp issue. Already has suggested lots of ways that they can help to solve the problem. Great first impression. Looking forward to seeing the report.

  We had work carried out to stop a leaking flat roof in the utility room. The plasterboard had fallen down. The leak was fixed and roof all mended and is now good as new. The work was quick and tidy. Would use Dampmaster again in the future.

  Nick came to ;look at my job on 18 February. I'm still waiting for his formal report and will be hiring him for the job I need. They say first impressions are the most important thing and what stood out for me was Nick's honesty and genuine interest in my job and also his honesty about the extent of work necessary to fix the problem. There was no attempt by him to "upsell" the work required...just a plain common sense explanation of exectly what was required. As I say, I will be hiring him once the estimate arrives in the next day or so.
