Arrival was prompt, the inspection was detailed and efficient, and the findings were explained in clear and simple terms that I could understand.   Excellent Damp Survey From DampMaster Gloucester & Swindon

  We contacted Dampmaster Swindon after noticing damp patches on the walls of our home in Devizes. Nick was professional and friendly from the first phone call, booked us in quickly, and arrived exactly on time. He carried out a thorough damp survey, identified the problem areas straight away, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or exaggerate the issues which gave us real confidence in his honesty. We received a detailed written report with photos and recommendations shortly after, which was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend Nick to anyone!

  Nick was punctual and knew what he was doing. He explained what he was doing, how and what he was checking and, after the survey, explained what the conclusion was. The report was incredibly quickly turned around. I would have no problem recommending Nick.

  The service provided was highly professional. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and the surveyor arrived at the agreed time. The survey was presented in a clear and understandable manner. The accompanying photographs were helpful, and the explanations were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this service.

  Professional damp inspection

  Nick carried a full damp inspection on our period property, examining the house in detail from loft to ground. He was really knowledgeable, setting expectations at the beginning and talking me through the process and his recommendations as he went, prior to sending a full detailed report two days later with costed recommendations. loft to ground damp
