  Condensation survey

  We booked a condensation survey and Chris was very professional and explained in great detail what needed to be done to prevent future mould growth. I would highly recommend Chris!

  Excellent service for mould issues

  We reached out to several companies regarding our problems with mould and condensation. Chris and Karla from the DampMaster team were not only the most responsive and supportive, but their proposal, advice, service and cost estimates were all excellent. They conducted a survey, treated the mould and installed a PIV unit to counter the issues. They also advised on best practices and connected us with other tradespeople to help with related work.

  Pre purchase damp survey

  Chris from DampMaster did a pre-purchase damp and timber survey for us after our building survey picked up some damp. He was brilliant — really friendly, turned up on time, and checked everything thoroughly. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t overcomplicate anything. The report was clear and helped us understand what we might be taking on before buying. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

  Excellent Service

  We instructed DampMaster to carry out a localised Damp & Timber survey on our conservatory, and the service provided by Chris was excellent throughout. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to carry out a thorough inspection and clearly explain the causes of the damp issues identified. The advice given was honest & practical, with no pressure to undertake unnecessary work. The report was detailed, easy to understand and gave us clear guidance on the next steps.

  Excellent service

  From initial contact to completion of the job an absolutely excellent service, the survey and report was of a very high standard indeed, much better than I expected! The guys turned up earlier than expected, which was a good thing, Started work straight away doing everything that was necessary in a very quick manner. I was surprised at how quickly they got the work completed and how tidy they left my property when they had finished! I will contact them in the future if I ever need this type of service again!
