  Damp Prevention

  I put an enquiry through back in October 2024 as I had always suffered with rising damp in certain rooms of my home, I then agreed to have a complete survey which was very detailed to identify the problem and how to resolve the issue. The team where very helpful and professional when arriving to site, all my questions were answered and a detailed survey was sent to me within 48 hours outlining the costs and scheduled works. I agreed to proceed, the installation team carried out the works over a period of 4 days, the installers where very smart with all branded vehicles and uniforms, very happy

  Damp survey followed by damp course, wood treatment and additional works

  We cannot recommend Dampmaster enough. From the initial survey through to all the works, they went above and beyond to help us and carried out the works in a very timely and efficient manner, working around our schedule. We had many questions for them over email and in person and they were very happy to answer us with lots of detail to reassure us about the works we were having done. Thank you Dampmaster for helping us secure our house from damp, wood rot and mould!

  2 bedrooms sorted mould & installation of ventilation.

  I had the inspector over who spent 4 hours in the attic, bedrooms and roof. Received a full assessment next day not only for mould but what’s causing it. from the survey they identified health issues in both bedrooms due to high levels of black mould and a lack of ventilation. It was a 2 phased job! Firstly they turned up and removed all of the black mould via a pressure chemical process to make it safe for me. Next phase was also explained to me before they left. they had to fit 2 x ventilation units and core holes through . they were so clean, courteous and professional.highly recommended

  Roof treatment - woodworm and dry rot

  We contacted Dampmasters to help treat our roof beams following reports of woodworm. Not only did Lavine come and identify the issues in an extremely professional and friendly manner (including highlighting the presence of dry rot), he also treated the roof very efficiently. I highly recommend using Lavine and Dampmasters and would use them again in the future.
