The initial quotation was provided free-of-charge and there was no pressure to order. When we did request the work to go ahead, there was flexibility around dates and this was organised in a professional manner. The guys who did the work were very polite and did a really good job. The work was completed within the timescales quoted and there were no issues with reducing the price for any work that couldn't be completed. The men were prompt and on arrival wasted no time in making sure that I knew exactly what they intended to do giving a brief description of the work. They were careful not to either bring dirt into our home and also cover our floor and furniture with sheets. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was done. This is the 3rd phase I've had DampHQ back to damp proof my house. It was explained very thoroughly, all options were made available to me with clear advice and no pressure. It worked best for me to do it in phases instead of having to live with my house completely taken over. Every time they have been very honest, on time and communication has been excellent. Job location: BH12I contacted the company about damp patches that kept coming back even after repainting. Jack was really helpful and polite on the phone and arranged for a survey quickly. Steve came out and clearly knew his stuff, explained the root cause and what needed doing. The work was done over two visits, the team were punctual, neat and did a solid job. Everything is drying out as expected now. Big thanks to everyone involved, would definitely recommend.
