  Rectifying damp/condensation on lounge wall

  An excellent experience. Aaron replied promptly to our request for a quote. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly,we had thought it was rising damp but he assured us the problem was not that but condensation. He got back to us very quickly with a plan of action and estimate. The work was completed on time and done to a professional standard. Aaron and his work colleagues were very respectful of our property, they prepared and protected the areas to be worked on in a very careful way. I have no hesitation in recommending this family business. I would definitely use them again.

  Assessment and treatment of previously failing damp treatment

  Aaron and team were excellent from start to finish - Aaron came on short notice to see the problem, provided a quote and was able to fit the job in quickly. Where a previous company had just replastered without assessing where the damp was coming in, Aaron took the time to work out what the issue was and how he could resolve it (turns out it was a crack in the lintel above the window). They came over 3 days and each day did a thorough clean up afterwards, you'd barely know they'd been. The finishing plasterwork was immaculate. I only wish we'd used them in the first case!

  Brilliant job from start to finish. Got quote after Aaron came out and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Came out and did the work turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves each day . Very good job compently done. Would recommend to anyone.

  Corrected and put right damp and re-plastering work that another company created

  I can’t praise Aaron and his team of very helpful lads for rescuing me at very short notice and making good another company’s complete mess up of re damp proofing and re plastering my home. I called DGNE and spoke with Aaron who came round that day and seeing my distress he re assured me that this could be put right and managed to arrange for the work to be carried out 24 hours later. The whole team were extremely helpful, polite, and hard working. They cleaned up and took all rubbish with them when they finished. The cost was reasonable and as estimated by Aaron. I would highly recommend this company Thank you
