The results of our initial home buyers survey recommended we needed a damp and timber specialist to investigate issues further, so I got Kevin to do this! Kevin was honest, straight talking and really clear with all the work that needed doing. He was able to use his many years of experience to guide us on the next steps we should take and it is very much appreciated. All round good bloke , cheers Kevin, will be using him again for sure ◡̈ Very helpful indeed.

Kevin was fantastic. He methodically went through a home survey report and then did his own survey to sense check what truly needed doing - and was honest about things that were critical versus something to watch. He was friendly, reliable, and able to handle any problems that arose or unexpected issues on the spot. Would certainly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with the work that Kevin has done to resolve my damp/wet walls situation in my bedroom. He was great to deal with, always responsive, polite, professional and very knowledgeable to explain why this dampness was happening and how to fix it. Good price too. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use again if any other problems arise.

Punctual, courteous and explained everything very well. Explained that my problem was something else and didn't require work beyond replacing the skirting boards. Would happily go back if any work required in future.

Kevin was very good at communicating via email and telephone. He gave a clear quotation, but has not provided a receipt or guarantee. The work done looks satisfactory to my untrained eye, but there was a lot of mess left, including plaster on radiators etc. He did take away some waste as a favour.
