From the start, Damp Defence has been wonderful to work with. Jade was lovely and very knowledge and was able to give me further recommendations on protecting my home. Damp Defence have been professional throughout the whole process. Jade was very knowledgable and communicated information to us promptly. Throughout the work she answered any questions and made it clear she was available to answer any queries at any time. Gareth who undertook the work was punctual and communicated clearly throughout. His work ethic was amazing, he left the house clean after the work and removed all debris. He did a fantastic job on what turned out to be a problematic issue. We will carry out a thorough survey and diagnose the cause and recommend a solution to the problem in our detailed report which will normally be emailed. You can be assured that our PCA (Property Care Association) trained damp proofing technicians have many years’ experience in working in occupied properties and are fully aware of your needs whilst carrying out the work.
We only use the safest and most up-to-date damp proofing and timber preservation materials and will keep you advised of our progress for the duration of the work. All damp proofing works are covered by our long-term guarantee.
