  Best experience ever

  Had an amazing experience. Had a previous quote of 4k for pro perla off a different sales person who tried to upsell me, insisting I had bad damp. Jade was amazing and made me feel great, she confirmed i had no damp, a little moisture at worst and gave me a great quote for piv unit, only if I needed it if moisture got worse in winter. One of best experiences I've had highly recommend.

  Wouldn't go anywhere else

  This is my second time using Damp Defence. I used them firstly in 2023 and now 2026 to redo my walls and storage room with the appropriate Damp proofing material. Everyone throughout the company is knowledgeable, professional and the communication whether text, call or in person is straightforward and invites confidence. Anytime I have a question they are happy to answer and educate. It can be quite daunting especially when you have to have a whole wall pulled down. They make you feel at ease. I am having a P.I.V unit installed in my loft by them in September.

  Exceptional & Professional Service

  I have just had a full damp and timber survey carried out by Damp Defence and I couldn't fault or fail to recommend their services without hesitation. Communication was quick and clear. The survey was carried out without delay, thoroughly and without any issues and the report was delivered quickly.   Damp Defence was recommended to us and I could not be happier with the work. Great communication from the team throughout the whole process.   Jade was very pleasant and professional. the work was carried out quickly, and the man who carried out the work was very accommodating and helpful, went above and beyond. He put up screens to minimise the dust, and cleaned up after himself The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Damp Defense

  Could not recommend this company enough! Jade has been amazing from the first visit and has gone out of her way to help and advise anyway she could. Sam carried out the work to a high standard and left the house tidy every day. Thank you damp defence. Would definitely recommend and use again.
