Chris did a thorough job of surveying the damp in my property and explained a range of options as to how to deal with it. I opted to have the exterior brick work sealed with Storm Dry Sealant which Chris undertook quickly and thoroughly.

Chris is an exceptional human! My Husband and I were left talking after he left about his integrity, enthusiasm and knowledge. He could have told us anything, and charged us a lot of money, but instead he gave us some sound advice, and only asked for diesel costs to be covered. He is a reliable and trustworthy person with a lot of knowledge and I cannot recommend him more highly.

Our basement was in such an ‘uninhabitable’ state when we bought our house in 2021. The first project we set aside budget for was converting this damp and moisture ridden room (covered on all walls and WC). Chris from D&D came out and was the most detailed, insightful and investigative quoter after many many quotes received. His quote also came out more cost effective and we felt confident he was our guy. We were delighted to have our expectations met with his worksmanship, attention to detail, drive and commitment. Sump and pump installed, re-piping, floor-laying - would recommend to all!

Chris was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable when inspecting the site. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, salt in a blocked off chimney stack reaching up over three floors. Reasonable, affordable quotation and the resulting work was top quality. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and kept me well informed throughout the works.
