Damien was fantastic. He didn't give up and sorted out our car keys. He was so diligent and so helpful. He was super polite, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Damien was fast in responding to our call out on Checkatrade. He was incredibly diligent with his work. He thought about everything and didn't try to upsell! He gave me choices and let me choose. He was really friendly, respectful of our property, polite and flexible. He worked really hard on a really tricky problem which I believe others would have given up on. He was super trustworthy.
