  Emergency call out after keys were locked inside

  After loading the car for a day out I stupidly shut the front door without realising I had left the keys inside, I called Damien Smith Locks who were extremely understanding and were at my door within 30 minutes, the locksmith managed to open the door without breaking the lock and made sure our keys still worked in the lock, very satisfied and grateful to this company.

  Replacement front door lock

  I found DS Locksmiths online with some great reviews and I was very happy with the service. Damien worked quickly and quietly with absolutely zero household disruption. He did the emergency work but also went above and beyond to fix a longstanding issue with lock mechanism in the door frame. He gave some great general advice and most importantly a reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend and call again for future issues.

  uPVC door repair

  Damien opened our uPVC door after it had jammed and replaced the gearbox in the locking mechanism, Damien had the parts in the van and was able to complete the job on the first visit with no fuss, very professional service and he even tidied up after himself.

  Snapped key in door lock

  Damien came over early in the morning and resolved the issue with the key snapping in the lock. He noticed that the door had also dropped a bit, so adjusted it to make sure everything aligned correctly.

  Unlockable front door, quite worrying.

  Damien was punctual and identified the problem very quickly. Also got the job done quickly. We had used Damiens services some time ago and were impressed, he remembered my Mum and asked after her which goes a long way in my book.

  Front door key broke in lock

  Damian answered call out of hours, was super pleasant and came to my rescue on time, as estimated. Offered solutions that could potentially make the job cheaper and only when all failed, resulted to replacing the lock, door handles and frame plates. Kept me informed along the way. Overall cost for his time, professionalism and the work really reasonable, no call out charge! A decent local tradesman that I could not recommend enough!
