Dave gave the impression of expertise, he considered the possibility of this being an issue for just one tile in the shower or whether it needed a complete retiling. Complete retiling being a larger job would obviously be more expensive. Upon investigation he found out that a number of tiles needed replacing, because of the poor condition of the wall behind them. He filled and flattened the wall behind the tiles, reinstalled the tiles, and grouted and resealed the shower. He gave advice on the repair needed on the ceiling below the shower. The shower now looks good.
