What I hoped would be straightforward replacement of a couple loose tiles became a mini saga. Thankfully Dan was on board to repair damage left by previous owners attempts to do the work himself. Throughout Dan was happy to talk through everything, never once did he try to upsell... if anything he was polite about the poor state of the tiles. Very hapoy with the end product. whenever future work is needed, Dan will be the first person called!
