  Domestic cleaning

  I would not recommend - the cleaner and initial set up was great. BUT if you want to cancel it is absolutely dreadful - no-one replies and when they eventually do no action is taken. My elderly father continued to be charged for the service 3 months after it had been cancelled and they still maintained this was not the case until full bank records were sent - we are still awaiting refund - would not recommend as it’s been very distressing for my father and my mum who has dementia.

  I couldn't be happier with the cleaning service Stacey provided. She was professional, friendly, punctual, and paid incredible attention to detail. My home was left spotless from top to bottom, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned to a very high standard. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking cleaner. Thank you – I'll definitely be re-booking :)

  Shannon visited us today and she has done a fantastic job. A really thorough clean to a high standard. On top of that, Shannon is super friendly and we’d be very pleased to have her back on a regular basis.

  This is the first time we have had a cleaner and we are so very pleased with the high standard of cleaning today. It was lovely coming home from work to a spotless house. We are over the moon 😊

  Unfortunately, they have really bad communication with the customers, their working style and expectations are very complicated to understand. Cleaning staff not detailed oriented people, not met my expectations. They rush you to sign up the contract and pay upfront, non refundable fees.
