  Shannon visited us today and she has done a fantastic job. A really thorough clean to a high standard. On top of that, Shannon is super friendly and we’d be very pleased to have her back on a regular basis.

  Unfortunately, they have really bad communication with the customers, their working style and expectations are very complicated to understand. Cleaning staff not detailed oriented people, not met my expectations. They rush you to sign up the contract and pay upfront, non refundable fees.

  Great customer service & amazing communication with swift responses. Leonie did such a lovely job & I look forward to her coming regularly now. She’s warm & just got on with the job.   Carrie does a wonderful job of housekeeping for our elderly parent. Cover for for holidays are always available through Daisy Maid SE, but options are always discussed with Carrie as arrangements can be made to suit Dad. Carrie goes above and beyond to make Dad's home; how Mum would be happy to see it.
