I am indebted to DaisyMaidNE whose area manager responded to an urgent situation over the weekend to get a cleaner at very short notice to help get an aged relatives home up to standard for them to be allowed to be discharged from hospital. This firm helped us in the past and were great then too. Communication was prompt and positive and it got the job done. A regular cleaning service from another provider aimed at the elderly let the property get into a state unacceptable to send home to and failed again to sort the deep clean, hence the urgency. Well done Daisy and your delightful cleaner!

They did an excellent job, but unfortunately they could not supply me for the times that I required. Their communications , Skilled persons, 10/10 I wish i could have used them long term.

The one-off clean is great, but the regular cleans are not reliable at all. When you ring up to sort out the company tries to send the employee out who has earlier informed you they are not well at all and do not come up with alternative options. You also get invoiced for money but they do not supply the service you signed up for. Ok for deep clean but would not recommend for regular cleans.

I need a deep clean on short notice, daisymaid made sure they could fit me in which I was extremely happy with you on such short notice. They did an amazing job I was very happy and the the staff who attended were very friendly.
