As we wanted to remove the Artex type ceilings in our new to us house we wanted an independent surveyor to test and advise on the possible presence of asbestos. Damian took samples from 8 separate areas of textured ceilings for testing and also looked around inside and outside the house for any other potential areas where there might be asbestos. He then helpfully advised us on the possible outcome and most practical way of dealing with it, if found. The results came in a comprehensive report within a few days. An excellent and cost effective professional service, thoroughly recommended.
