I’ve used DAD Services several times over the past few years and have always been impressed. Yesterday, I called Damien out to replace the aerial at my elderly mother’s home. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and worked efficiently and tidily. He also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, which was very reassuring—especially as my mother is 88. Damien responded to a request to attend within a few hours. He kept me informed of what time he would be there and arrived on the dot. It turned out that the ariel cable could be repaired and only charged for the repair - he did not oversell or replace unnecessarily. A top professional job completed quickly. I needed to have a television mounted on the kitchen wall for my brother, but didn’t really know where to start. I phoned Damien and he was extremely helpful, and explained very thoroughly what was involved. He came out very promptly, and completed the work as discussed, and to an exceptionally high standard. He was professional, friendly and respectful throughout and my brother is delighted with the end result, and the service provided.
