I can highly recommend Ben and his team. They were all very professional, hard working and reliable. Communication was also great throughout. The quality of all the work was very high, and despite multiple unexpected issues arising throughout the project, Ben had a “can do” attitude, devising innovative solutions to deal with the issues. We had a wide range of work done, including repairing damaged walls and ceilings, painting whole house interior, replacing fireplace, adding wood panelling to hallway, bespoke wooden shelves added to multiple chimney alcoves, silicone rendering external wall.

I expected this to be a simple re-tiling job for Arben. However, as he started to take the tiles off the wall it became clear it was a much bigger job. He was really knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done in order to make the bathroom not only look fantastic but also ensure it was fully functional - the most important part! I gave him the keys to the place and he was able to come and go and was respectable of the other decorating that had been done.

Ben did the kitchen tiling at my place. I can appreciate given that the floor wasn’t completely even it must have been a challenging effort but he gave it his all. Worked hard and got it done within the time we had estimated. But the best thing I liked about Ben is that he always picks up his phone and he doesn’t lead you on and he can think from your perspective too say if costs are going up etc. He has a good heart and is an honest person. Even came back to return my parking pass and refund some extra I had paid him. That is rare. Would hire him again for more work around the house.

Ben and team were fab! They were responsive and came round to assess the work needed at a convenient time for us. They were also flexible in scheduling the work to be carried out. The job done was fab and to a high standard. They are also very polite and accommodating. Would recommend!
