This was our fourth service by DAC Cooling Ltd, who installed our unit in 2021. As stated in my other reviews, the work was done impeccably, very thorough, helpful, and a comprehensive report was sent to us within 24 hours. In depth initial consultation. Worked commenced one month later. I used the electrician recommended. Arrived on time and carried out the work perfectly. Dave selected and installed the units, which have worked perfectly for 5+ years. He services them annually and is the perfect workman to have in your house - on-time, polite, organised, knowledgeable, very tidy. The pre-sale survey and quote was useful, informative and accurate. The installation of the various a/c units was done with care and it was an extremely neat and tidy job. If its attending a one-off service call or dealing with clients on a quarterly basis to make sure that their equipment runs to the same standard as the day it was installed. We cover a large part of the South East of England on a day to day basis from Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and London.
