Sent a work request which was accepted immediately, after waiting for over a month I received no further contact. No message to arrange a day to look and give a quote, no phone call or text or email. Very unprofessional

I really appreciate Jake's careful work; he is meticulous and also very careful of my house and equipment. He leaves everything clean and neat, and I am happy to trust him in my home if I need to go out. In addition, I think his attention to the admin of a job is the best I have known; he is on time as arranged, he will message whenever necessary; he will have the parts and kit he needs; he will send an account the same day. Lastly I find Jake friendly and personable. In short I highly recommend him and his Company.

Had an alarm fitted last year by Jake in the year no problem with the system easy to arm and disarm and Jake came a serviced the system today checked and tested everything highly recommended

Jake was extremely courteous, professional, and communicated well throughout the job. Upon my initial enquiry, he attended the property to assess my requirements. He then provided a fixed written quote to carry out the works. He was available on the phone and attended on the days and times which we had planned. The installation itself is great and has bought the building up to the required standard. Thanks to this excellent service, D3 Systems will now be maintaining the installation.
