  We were recommended D10 Developments to build an extension and have been delighted with our choice. Not only is the level of workmanship first class, but the levels of professionalism and communication given throughout the project was outstanding. Dion and the team also made suggestions and improvements throughout the project and it was excellent to find a builder who you can really trust and have faith in their judgement. The end result has really exceeded our expectations and has totally transformed our downstairs living space. Would 100% recommend this Company.

  We consider ourselves fortunate in having D10 Developments build our extension. We found the D10 team professional, hard working, very reliable and a great support throughout our home renovation. Never once leaving us messed about, let down or wondering if they were turning up today. Dion’s eye for detail was impeccable, like when we asked for advice Dion regularly made improvements on our architects’ design. Our feedback is genuine as it is rare to get true value for money and commitment to your wishes in these times. We felt we had to share with you.

  Rear single storey extension

  I found Dion to be very professional and efficient, neat and tidy at all times throughout the building work and very helpful and adept to last minute additions being requested. Would highly recommend.

  Extension to bungalow

  We used D10 Developments for an extension to our bungalow. From the first enquiry through to the completion of the build, Dion and his team looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. Dion and Harry are hard working, reliable and honest people, who’s standard of work is second to none. They will be our first call if we need any future building work. Highly recommended.

  Home extension

  Dion and Harry were absolutely amazing. Exceptional quality builders, great attention to detail and very friendly. They became part of the family and we have kept in touch since. The project was not a typical extension as they had to rectify some previous shoddy work carried out by another builder. No problem for these guys though! D10 went above and beyond throughout the project. Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped deliver our new sofa when the sofa company couldn't get it through the door! All in all, we are so happy with their work, but also sad they had to leave.
