They came to look at the job. Went away to order part. Did not get back to me so after several days I contacted them only to be told they couldn't find part. This was a disappointing result for me but I think for simple jobs they may be ok

We received a prompt response to our request and they viewed the job that day. The quote was acceptable and communication was first class. Works were carried out within days to a high standard and the bathroom was left in a clean and tidy condition. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Cyrus again.
