    Bathroom window handle locked in position.

    I had an issue with a locked door handle and originally thought the whole mechanism would need replacing, as first quoted. However, after taking a proper look, he realised it only needed lubricating — no unnecessary parts, no upselling. His honesty and professionalism were genuinely refreshing. He’s extremely trustworthy, efficient, and clearly knows his craft. I’ll definitely be calling him first if I ever need something like this done again. Highly recommended!

    Window handle and lock replacement

    James was great. He kept me updated regarding arrival time and parts needed. He worked quickly and professionally, and was really friendly and approachable. The work ended up being cheaper than his quote, and I appreciated James’ honesty and openness. Would recommend James happily, and use him again without hesitation.
