Quick to arrange in the same day for a lock and mechanism repair and the lock being much more secure , really quick and fast service and reliable. Would recommend and use again for future services that we require .

Cypher Locksmiths and Glaziers did a wonderful job fitting a cat flap into a window in our new home. The technician was courteous and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in the work. I appreciated how honest they were about the cost and that there were no hidden charges. The whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them for any glazing needs!

James was reliable, kept me informed throughout the job, even had to be a-bit innovative to solve removing the old handle that was stuck on the window. He communicated clearly about the replacement. Overall a very smooth experience and I would use their emergency locksmith service again.
