Connor was easy to communicate with and arrived promptly on time. Unfortunately his carpet fitting skills are poor to say the least. The carpet is badly cut all around, not tucked under skirting, in some places where he cut it badly he was trying to cover it up with some carpet fluff which all came off today as I was hoovering. The carpet in one of the rooms is wavy, not stretched properly. I’m limited as to how many photos I can attach but there is much more to show. Connor also damaged my wall when removing the door and only acknowledged it when I sent photos. I’m very disappointed
