CYC undertook work converting our garage into a new study room and utility room. The engagement from the start was fantastic and we were fully involved throughout the work. We also decided to take down a supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room to open up the back of our house. CYC showed great customer service to not only provide a very competitive quote but managed to get it into the existing 3 week timeline. Craig's communication from the initial meeting through to the end of the project was fantastic- we were kept up to date along the way and his team were happy to deal with a few minor tweaks as things unfolded. From dreaming of a larger kitchen with a 3-metre island to making it a reality, our experience with Craig and the team at CYC Joinery and Garage Conversions has been outstanding. We started with a cold, unused garage, with Craig and his team transforming it into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that we never thought was possible. His team was reliable, patient, and truly understood all our requirements. We were in awe of their talents and what they accomplished. We used CYC for a couple of home improvement projects during the second half of last year. One of which was a full kitchen and utility room refit and the other a media wall in our living room. Craig and his Team were a pleasure to work with. From the initial planning discussions and overall project management with Craig through to he physical implementation by Barry, Lewis and the other trades insourced by Craig, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Communication with Craig and his Team was excellent throughout.
