  Ground floor extension

  I chose Col and sons from word of mouth and their good reputation locally. I can’t fault any of their work, their work ethic, their communication, the respect they had for my neighbours and ensuring things where left clean and tidy. They explained everything and were very knowledgeable due to their experience in the building trade. Nothing was too much trouble. Theyve done a fantastic job. The job ran smoothly, materials, skips, workmen arrived when they where planned for without any messing around. The build took 4 weeks altogether. I would definitely recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  All 3 were good workers, we are very pleased with the final outcome. They gave us good advise on some changes which worked well. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

  House extension

  Very happy to recommend Colin, his sons and colleagues. Colin’s quote was very reasonable, and he stuck to it. He listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve, and we valued his great expertise, built up over a lifetime in the trade. He does one job at a time, so he gave us his full attention for the month or so he was with us. He is very careful to disrupt property as little as possible, and was realistic about the time it would take to complete the project.

  Kitchen extension Everything went as planned. Colin helped to chose kitchen units and appliances. They turned up as promised and tidied up after themselves.

  Fitting a door from a cupboard to my garage

  I asked this company for a quote for an idea I had. They came and discussed my idea and they advised what needed doing (I had no clue!) They sent my a quote next day , which I was happy with. They came and carried out the job with very minimal mess (exactly as I’d asked) I am very happy with the job and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends
