  Disgraceful

  He is a massive let down priced unacceptable all I done was asked him to confirm the price as it was getting near time and confirm date as it would be may 4 th I was just checking that was fine . I ordered tiles and my bath is delivered and he text saying he was retracting from the job!! That was just today I have loads of tiles a bath and I have been dropped in it by this horrible man.  Disgraceful doing that to people

  I gave a quote for the bathroom and also a separate price for the kitchen. I would absolutely accept someone querying the price in as much as asking what the price is or maybe even doing a bit of haggling to get a better quote .This customer didn’t ask , she told me what the price was and when I tried to explain about it being two different prices for a bathroom and kitchen , she wasn’t having any of that so I pulled out of the job giving her plenty of notice .I’m sorry she feels I let her down but I’m very clear with people from the start on my prices . I’m not the cheapest or the most expensive guy around but I’m very good at what I do and in this trade I put my trust in people as much as they put there trust in me . They want there job done to a high standard and so they should and if they have doubt in me they will not hire me , and I wouldn’t blame them. But this is a two way street . It’s not very often I pull out of a job . In fact it’s hardly ever , and I don’t take it lightly. There was a lot of thought and deliberation went into me pulling out of this job .and I can only once again apologise.

  Tiled bathroom

  Craig came and gave us a quote and that same week he started and finished the job. Had issues will the walls not being level but he got round it and done a fantastic job. Left the bathroom clean and tidy. Highly recommend CW Tiling.

  Really pleased with the standard and finish of the work done by Craig. He arrived when he said he would and the job was completed very quickly to an excellent standard. Would definitely use Craig again.

  Three new bathrooms tiled

  Craig is a friendly, hardworking professional. He gave us a fair price, kept to it despite some unforeseen issues and arrived and started on time every day. He is prompt hardworking and has a can-do approach to his work. His prices are fair and his work is exceptional. He is tidy, and willing to work with and around other trades to get the job done well and on time. The finish of his work is exceptional. We would recommend his services without hesitation.

  Hall way and downstairs toilet

  Craig has done an outstanding job on our hallway and downstairs toilet floors . He was here at 7.30 and worked all day until the job was finished he was very clean any tidy worker . I would recommend Craig to friends and family thanks Craig we are extremely happy with your work !
