I recently had my boiler repaired by Chris and was very happy with the service. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly explained the issue. The repair was carried out efficiently, and he made sure everything was working safely before leaving. He didn’t try to upsell anything and was honest throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy, and it’s reassuring to have the boiler working properly again. Highly professional. Would definitely recommend. Went out of their way to ensure the boiler was fixed in a timely manner. Always polite and friendly. Chris has looked after my let properties and own residence for over 4yrs now. Always on time and excellent standard of work with fair price. Always happy to go extra mile and fit emergency jobs in short notice.
