I acquired all materials. Calvin arrived on time and completed the job in a tidy manner (ignoring lack of disposable overshoes to cover muddy boots). Unfortunately, he fitted a handle 3mm unlevel and left a sharp screw protruding 5mm (unsafe given presence of kids and pets). Remedials done myself. Disappointing, having paid £300 cash (a full two-man day rate) for a one-man job that took approx 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace. Invoice NOT provided. Calvin - please check your work for defects before shifting to next job.

With this job, I had quite a lot of phone calls and a large amount of text messages trying to explain to this customer what he needed to do this job then chose to go to swift save not Howdens for his products there the first lie I gave him the price for the job before going to start the job when I got there. It was a dry day. There was no mud. He even commented how tidy I worked as I was using my Hoover to clean up as I went along, the customers handles where his own handles which had no thread left on them, I pointed this out as previous handles had wood screws instead of correct screws to hold them on at the end of the job I hoovered the customers garden from where I’d been using my saw as you can see from all my other reviews this is very unlikely to happen
