Carl has worked on my house over the last few years. He is really personable and easy to get on with. He is a good communicator; he is punctual and keeps to what times we have arranged. He is well organised and completes his work to a very high standard. He also comes back to trouble shoot, which I have really appreciated. I’ll definitely keep using him going forwards.

We agreed a time Carl would come to do the job, he phoned up earlier than expected time to explain something had cropped up, and we set a time for later that day. He turned up on time, was very polite and helpful, tidied up after the work was done and put things back for me. I was pleased with the work done.
