Excellent team and great job as always. I contracted Cvi.builders a few years ago for a house extension work and contracted them again recently for my new porch, brick fence, house façade upgrade, driveway and carport. I am very happy with the final result.

This was not a straightforward job (Victorian house surprise issues + deep foundations+ clay soil + proximity of trees).The project included a full rewire, underfloor heating to the whole ground floor, moving a kitchen and adding a bathroom, utility room and office. Valentin made suggestions which greatly improved the result. As an example, we were able to remove the chimney in the new kitchen location completely thanks to the addition of a steel beam + several parts of the house are now structurally safe. I highly recommend Valentin & team for work of this type. You're in good hands.

We hired CVI Builders and are super happy with the result. As promised by Valentin, there were no increases in the price despite some significant unexpected challenges coming up. He also made suggestions that improved the final result. He is honest and truly cares about doing a high-quality job. Communication was very easy. CVI builders did an extension, new plumbing, heating and electrics, new internal walls, stairs, removing chimney breasts, installing a kitchen, new floors, patio and paint and it all came out top quality and at a reasonable price. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough

I just had a new extension and a new internal layout done, including a new bathroom and kitchen. Valentin and his team did a great job, keeping us up to date with all the work and the different stages of the build. Any obstacles that were encountered, he dealt with in a calm manner and helped us make the right choices. Great price, great job, and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the results, and no disruption was caused to our neighbours. Valentin has since completed our drive a way to complete the look of our home. Another great job done.

Always started on time and worked hard without breaks. Quality of work was good, in particular the tiling. They were flexible and worked around us. Gave good advice on saving costs.

I'm returning client. Valentin and his team had done bathroom few years ago. Our new project was kitchen renovation and CVI exceeded my expectations! Valentin and his team listens to his client, pays attention to details and there is no work impossible to this team!
