Overall good work and very pleasant to deal with. slight miscommunication on start time first day. I called up company day before to check start time. they said 9 am. I set my morning up to do things before and be available to give access. the decorator then calls me at 8am asking where I am. There was some bubbling of paint due to decorator finishing a wall last on first day then starting on same wall next day very early. I also left a heater to help dry paint overnight. he didn't use which might have avoided. Minor grumbles though and would recommend.

I spoke to john after having him recommended to me to install several carpets throughout our house from the first point of contact till the job was completed was first class customer service and the carpet we had in mind john advised us on a better hard-wearing more stain resistant type which we ended up going for and we couldn't be more happier with the results john and your team il be intouch for stage 2 of the renovation

Jon was helpful and informative to the highest degree. His workforce were polite clean and trustworthy. Works were completed on time and of a high standard, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends, family and beyond. The lounge was given a complete facelift and looked great.

Best service ever. Great choice of flooring, keen prices and top quality work in laying it. The work was done quickly at a high standard, supervised by the boss himself. No mess was left behind, all that was left for us was to enjoy our new carpet.
