They were excellent communicators and gave professional advice on what was needed for our newly purchased home. They were also very flexible as we had to change what was being asked for a few times due to their advice and our budget, but they were always happy to accommodate us. Excellent work.

Jake is brilliant. Hunted down a leak under our slates with minimal fuss and was quite happy to explain and show the work as he was doing it so we know what's under there in future. A mixture of work this time to get everything ready for winter, all completed quickly, competently, and his assistant (sorry I didn't get your name) was incredibly polite and considerate when working indoors. Will not hesitate to go directly back for any future work.

Very efficient and prompt service and charged me less than was originally quoted, as less to clear, which was a nice surprise! I highly recommend.
