Great job by Steve and his team on my retired mum's wood burner / flue install, explaining it every step of the way and giving extra tips at the end on how to use it properly. Lovely people and went the extra mile to make sure she was really happy, which was really appreciated.

Second year running using Cutler for my gas servicing and repairs and I’ll definitely continue to do so. Prompt, professional, and reliable service every time. Steve was our engineer and he was friendly and respectful throughout. He even spotted an issue where the gas board hadn’t fitted a new regulator correctly and sorted it out immediately by getting on the phone to them there and then. Real above and beyond service. Last year they also saved me a small fortune by repairing and cleaning my gas fire when others were pushing for a full replacement. Honest, efficient, and highly recommended.
