Quick and clear communication on initial contact. Responsive and managed to squeeze in our end of tenancy clean within 2 days. Flexible about working into the evening and coming back the next day (Saturday). Colin did the cleaning himself with a colleague rather than managing the process from afar. He cared about the details of getting everything thoroughly clean. Took every drawer out of the fridge and freezer and cleaned them carefully. Cleaned the dryer including secondary filter, pulled out furniture and cleaned skirtings behind. He used a fine nozzle on carpets to get really clean.
